梅花鹿头茬茸与再生茸酶解液抗疲劳作用OA
Anti-Fatigue Effect of Enzymolysis Solution of First Crop Antler and Regenerated Antler
为探究头茬茸与再生茸酶解液对小鼠抗疲劳作用的影响,选取32只6周龄雄性昆明小鼠,随机分为8组,每组4只,分别为空白对照组、阳性对照组和6个试验组,6个试验组分别为组1(头茬组1和再生组1)、组2(头茬组2和再生组2)、组3(头茬组3和再生组3),试验组灌胃对应鹿茸酶解液,空白对照组和阳性对照组分别灌胃等体积蒸馏水和红景天原液,连续灌胃14 d.灌胃结束后,检测小鼠负重游泳时间,肝糖原和肌糖原含量,骨骼肌状态变化.结果表明:头茬组小鼠的负重游泳时间显著高于空白对照组(P<0.05),再生组高于空白对照组,但无显著差异(P>0.05);除组2外,头茬组肝糖原和肌糖原含量均极显著高于空白对照组(P<0.01);试验组均可改善小鼠骨骼肌肌纤维和横纹紧密程度.说明头茬茸的抗疲劳作用优于再生茸.
In order to investigate the effect of enzymatic hydrolysis solution of first-cropped antler and regenerated antler on anti-fatigue of mice,32 6-week-old male Kunming mice were randomly divided into 8 groups,4 mice per group,which were divided into blank control group,positive control group and 6 experimental groups:Group 1(first crop group 1 and regeneration group 1),2(first crop group 2 and regeneration group 2)and 3(first crop group 3 and regeneration group 3).Experimental groups were intragaxed with antler enzymolysis solution,the blank control group and positive control group were respectively gavaged with equal volumes of distilled water and rhodiola for 14 days.The weight-bearing swimming time,contents of liver and muscle glycogen and changes of skeletal muscle status were measured after gavage.The results showed that the weight-bearing swimming time of mice in the first crop group was significantly higher than that in the blank group(P<0.05),and the regeneration group was higher than that in the blank group but had no significant difference(P>0.05).The liver and muscle glycogen contents of the first crop group were extremely significantly higher than those of the blank group(P<0.01),and the tightness of skeletal muscle fibers and transverse stripes of mice could be improved in all experimental groups.The anti-fatigue effect of first crop was higher than that of regeneration.
