黄芪多糖对大耳白兔精液冷藏保存质量的影响
Effect of Astragalus Polysaccharide on Quality of Cooled-Semen from White Rabbit

Abstract
To investigate the effect of Astragalus polysaccharide(APS)on cooled-storage of semen from Japanese White Rabbit,12 adult male rabbits' semen was collected as the experimental material.APS was added to the semen cryopreservation diluent at the concentrations of 0(control),0.05,0.1,0.2,0.3 g/L,and the samples were stored at 4℃for 8,24,48,72 hours.The results showed that,compared with the control group,the addition of 0.05,0.1,0.2,and 0.3 g/L APS had no significant response on sperm motility,sperm activity and movement parameters.The results indicated that the addition of APS to the cryopreservation diluent for semen of adult male rabbits had no significant effect on the preservation quality of sperm.关键词
