黄芪多糖对大耳白兔精液冷藏保存质量的影响OA
Effect of Astragalus Polysaccharide on Quality of Cooled-Semen from White Rabbit
为研究黄芪多糖对大耳白兔精液低温保存效果的影响,以采集到的12只成年公兔精液为试验材料,在精液低温保存稀释液中分别添加0(对照组),0.05,0.1,0.2,0.3 g/L黄芪多糖,于4℃保存8,24,48,72 h,分别检测黄芪多糖对精子保存质量的影响.结果表明:与对照组相比,添加0.05,0.1,0.2,0.3 g/L黄芪多糖对精子活率、精子活力及运动参数无显著影响.说明在大耳白兔低温保存稀释液中添加黄芪多糖对精子的保存质量无显著影响.
To investigate the effect of Astragalus polysaccharide(APS)on cooled-storage of semen from Japanese White Rabbit,12 adult male rabbits' semen was collected as the experimental material.APS was added to the semen cryopreservation diluent at the concentrations of 0(control),0.05,0.1,0.2,0.3 g/L,and the samples were stored at 4℃for 8,24,48,72 hours.The results showed that,compared with the control group,the addition of 0.05,0.1,0.2,and 0.3 g/L APS had no significant response on sperm motility,sperm activity and movement parameters.The results indicated that the addition of APS to the cryopreservation diluent for semen of adult male rabbits had no significant effect on the preservation quality of sperm.
