摘要

Abstract

The infection of cattle with bovine rhinotracheitis virus can cause immunosuppression and lead to secondary infections that cause bacterial pneumonia and bovine respiratory disease syndrome,which cause serious economic losses to the global cattle industry.To investigate the molecular mechanism of IBRV infection in host cells,MDBK cells were inoculated with IBRV NM8 strain and the cellular differential transcriptome data were obtained by high-throughput sequencing,and analyzed for functional enrichment of differentially expressed genes.The results showed that compared with the control group,there were a total of 3 518 differentially expressed genes in the IBRV NM8 strain infected group,including 2 027 up-regulated genes and 1 491 down-regulated genes.By GO annotation and KEGG pathway enrichment analysis,it was found that the differential genes in the IBRV NM8 strain infected group were mainly involved in viral protein interaction with cytokine and cytokine receptor,lysosome,and p53 signaling pathway.By flow cytometry,it was found that infection of MDBK cells by IBRV NM8 strain could cause apoptosis of the cells.The results of the study provide a reference for in-depth analysis of the pathogenesis of IBRV.
