Abstract

In order to analyze the distribution of quinolone drug resistance genes in E.coli from raccoon dogs in Heilongjiang area,150 strains of E.coli were isolated from the racoon dogs in four farms in Heilongjiang Province.The quinolone drug resistance genes PMQR and QRDR were detected and analyzed by PCR.The results showed that PMQR resistance genes qnrB,qnrS,oqxA,oqxB,aac(6′)-Ib-cr were detected.The detection rates were 0.67%(1/150),24.00%(36/150),26.67%(40/150),40.00%(60/150),46.00%(69/150),respectively.No qnrA and qepA genes were detected.In addition,QRDR resistance genes GyrA,GyrB,ParC and ParE were detected,with detection rates of 11.33%(17/150),60.00%(90/150),36.67%(55/150)and 61.33%(92/150),respectively.The results showed that PMQR drug resistance gene aac(6′)-Ib-cr and QRDR drug resistance gene ParE were the main quinolone resistance genes in four raccoon farms,and there is a highly mutable site at serine 83 of GyrA.
