饲料中锌源和锌水平对乌鳢生长性能及饲料利用的影响
Effects of Dietary Zinc Source and Zinc Level on Growth Performance and Feed Utilization of Channa argus

Abstract
The effects of different levels of zinc sulfate heptahydrate(ZnSO4·7H2O),zinc glycine(C4H8N2O4Zn)and nano zinc oxide on the growth performance and feed utilization of snakeheads were studied.In this study,1 440 snakeheads with an initial body weight of(10.46±0.37)g were randomly divided into 16 groups(3 replicates per group,30 larvae per replicate).Casein,gelatin and flour were used as main raw materials to make semi-refined basal diet.Zinc sulfate heptahydrate,zinc glycinate,and nano zinc oxide containing 0,20,40,60,80,100 mg/kg zinc were added respectively to make three kinds of isonitrogenous and isoenergetic feeds with different levels of zinc were prepared,the growth performance and feed utilization index of snakeheads were measured and analyzed.The results showed that dietary zinc significantly increased the final body weight,average weight gain rate,specific growth rate,feed efficiency and protein efficiency(P<0.05).The average weight gain rate and protein efficiency were used as indicators,and the regression analysis based on the break-line model showed that the dietary zinc requirements of the snakeheads were 68.34,64.41 mg/kg,respectively.The dietary zinc requirements were 53.21,50.07 mg/kg with zinc glycine as the zinc source,and 46.91,43.41 mg/kg with nano zinc oxide as the zinc source.关键词
