摘要
Abstract
Objective To analyse the risk factors for subsyndromal delirium(SSD)in elderly patients in the ICU,and provide a reference for early prevention for ICU clinicians. Methods The literatures related to the risk factors of SSD were retrieved from PubMed,Cochrane Library,Embase,Web of Science,EBSCO,China National Knowledge Infrastructure,Wanfang and VIP databases. The retrieval period was from the establishment of the databases to November 1,2023.The literatures were read and extracted outcome indicators, and meta-analysis was performed by using RevMan5.4 software. Results A total of 15 papers were included, including 4 537 patients, published between 2007 and 2023,and including a total of 37 risk factors.Meta-analysis showed that age(MD=6.74,95%CI:5.06-8.42,P<0.000 01),cognitive impairment(OR=2.88,95%CI:1.21-6.84,P=0.02),mechanical ventilation(OR=3.17,95%CI:2.15-4.67,P<0.000 01),mini-mental state examination(MMSE)score(MD=-4.08,95%CI:-4.60--3.57,P<0.000 1)were all risk factors for SSD.Conclusion Patients with advanced age, cognitive impairment, mechanical ventilation, and low MMSE scores have a higher risk of developing SSD,more clinical attention should be paid and personalized intervention should be adopted.关键词
