Abstract
Objective To investigate the factors influencing kinesiophobia in children with bronchial asthma and propose targeted interventions through a retrospective cohort study.Methods Clinical data of 147 children with bronchial asthma admitted to Putian Maternal and Child Health Hospital from June 2022 to June 2024 were retrospectively analyzed.Participants were divided into the kinesiophobia group(kinesiophobia,n=30)and the control group(without kinesiophobia,n=1 17)based on their kinesiophobia situations.General sociological data and disease-related characteristics were collected.Variables with significant differences in univariate analysis were included in a logistic regression model to identify indepen-dent risk factors for kinesiophobia.Results The results of univariate analysis showed that there were statistically significant differences in tampa scale for kinesiophobia(TSK)scores among different family functions,medication compliance,anxiety levels,coping styles,and parent-child relationships(P＜0.05).The results of multivariate analysis showed that family func-tion,medication compliance,anxiety level,coping style,and parent-child relationship were risk factors influencing kinesiophobia in bronchial asthma(P＜0.05).Conclusion Family functioning,medication adherence,anxiety level,coping style,and parent-child relationship significantly influence kinesiophobia in children with bronchial asthma.Clinicians should design individualized nursing interventions targeting these factors to improve rehabilitation outcomes.关键词
