Abstract
Objective To explore the diagnostic value of coronary CT angiography(CCTA)combined with dynamic electro-cardiogram in the diagnosis of myocardial ischemia.Methods A total of 193 patients with suspected myocardial ischemia admitted to The Third Affiliated Hospital of Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the research subjects.All of them underwent CCTA testing,ambulatory electrocardiogram,and combined application testing.Taking the diagnostic results of radionuclide myocardial perfusion imaging(MPI)as the"gold standard",the diagnostic efficacy of each group of detection methods for myocardial ischemia were evaluated.Results MPI detected 135 cases of myocardial ischemia.A total of 139 cases of myocardial ischemia were detected by CCTA.134 cases of myocardial ischemia were detected by ambulatory electrocardiogram.Combined application diagnosis detected 137 cases of myocardial ischemia.The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of the combined application were 98.52％,93.10％and 96.89％respectively,which were all higher than those of CCTA(84.44％,56.90,76.17％)and ambulatory electrocardiogram(68.89％,29.31％,56.99％).The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of CCTA were higher than those of ambulatory electrocardiogram.Conclusion The combination of CCTA and ambulatory electrocardiogram in diagnosing my-ocardial ischemia can enhance diagnostic efficiency and recognition effect,significantly improve accuracy,and is non-invasive and simple.关键词
