单侧双通道内镜技术联合黄芪桂枝五物汤在腰椎间盘突出症中的应用效果
Application effect of unilateral biportal endoscopy technique combined with Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction in lumbar disc herniation
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of unilateral biportal endoscopy(UBE)technique combined with Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction in lumbar disc herniation.Methods A total of 60 patients with lumbar disc herniation admitted to Shangrao Hospital Affiliated to Nanchang University from May 2019 to May 2022 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into study group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with UBE,and the study group was treated with UBE combined with Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction.The pain degree and lumbar function recovery were compared between the two groups.Results The pain scores of the study group at 3 days and 6 months after operation were lower than those of the control group,the Japanese Orthopaedic Association(JOA)score at 6 months after operation was higher than that of the control group,and the Oswestry disability index at 6 months after operation was lower than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion UBE combined with Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction in the treatment of patients with lumbar disc herniation is more conducive to the improvement of clinical indicators,and can effectively reduce their pain symptoms,promote the recovery of lumbar function,with high application value.关键词
