当归饮子联合耳穴压豆治疗老年皮肤瘙痒症血虚肝旺证的应用效果
Application effect of Danggui Decoction combined with auricular acupres-sure in the treatment of pruritus in the elderly with blood deficiency and liver hyperactivity syndrome

Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of Danggui Decoction combined with auricular acupressure in the treatment of elderly pruritus with blood deficiency and liver hyperactivity syndrome.Methods A total of 92 elderly patients with pruritus due to blood deficiency and liver hyperactivity syndrome admitted to the Third Affiliated Hospital of Gannan Medical University from June 2023 to December 2024 were selected as the research subjects,they were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 46 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine combined with auricular acupressure,while the observation group was treated with conventional Western medicine combined with Danggui Decoction and auricular acupressure.The clinical efficacy,pruritus,secondary skin lesions,sleep quality and quality of life of the two groups of patients were compared.Re-sults The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statis-tically significant(P＜0.05).After treatment,the frequency of pruritus in the observation group was less than that in the control group,the duration of pruritus was shorter than that in the control group,and the scores of visual analogue scale(VAS),secondary skin lesions,Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI),and dermatology quality of life index(DLQI)in the observation group were all lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion The combination of Danggui Decoction and auricular acupressure has definite effect in the treatment of pruritus in the elderly with blood deficiency and liver hyperactivity syndrome.It can improve pruritus symptoms,accelerate the repair of secondary skin lesions,and effectively improve sleep and quality of life.关键词
