丹荷保和汤配合穴位埋线治疗非酒精性单纯性脂肪肝的临床效果
Clinical efficacy of Danhe Baohe Decoction combined with acupoint catgut embedding in non-alcoholic fatty liver disease

Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Danhe Baohe Decoction combined with acupoint catgut embedding in the treatment of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD).Methods Sixty patients with NAFLD of phlegm and blood stasis intermingled type admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Jiangxi University of Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to December 2023 were selected as the research subjects,they were divided into the traditional Chinese medicine treatment group,the Western medicine control group and the combined treatment group according to the random number table method,with 20 cases in each group.The Western medicine control group was treated with conventional Western medicine,the tra-ditional Chinese medicine treatment group was treated with modified Danhe Baohe Decoction on the basis of conventional Western medicine treatment,the combined treatment group was treated with Danhe Baohe Decoction combined with acupoint catgut embedding on the basis of conventional Western medicine treatment.The clinical efficacy,body mass index(BMI),liver function,blood lipid indicators and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores of the three groups of patients were compared.Results The clinical efficacy of the combined treatment group was higher than that of the traditional Chinese medicine treatment group and the Western medicine control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.017).After treatment,the levels of alanine transaminase(ALT),aspartate transaminase(AST),triglyceride(TG),total cholesterol(TC),BMI,and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores of the three groups of patients were lower than those before treatment in their respective groups.After treatment,the levels of ALT,AST,TG,TC,BMI,and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score in the combined treatment group were lower than those in the traditional Chinese medicine treatment group and the Western medicine control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Danhe Baohe Decoction has a good effect on improving the symptoms,BMI,liver function and blood lipid indicators of patients with NAFLD.Combined with acupoint catgut embedding treatment,the effect is remarkable.关键词
