Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of the optimized virtual multidisciplinary team(MDT)care in rescuing patients with mass casualty injuries. Methods A total of 32 cases(112 cases in total)of patients with group trauma treated at the Trauma Center, the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi University of Science and Technology from June 2020 to May 2024 were selected as the research subjects. From June 2020 to May 2021,14 patients with traffic injuries and 1 patient with construction site injuries(a total of 52 cases)were taken as the control group, the group injury treatment emergency plan was activated as usual to organize treatment. From June 2022 to May 2024,17 patients with traffic injuries(60 cases)were included in the observation group, and the standardized process and management mode of the chain of non-substantial MDT team rescuing group trauma were adopted. The treatment time(emergency response time, retention time in the resuscitation room, time to enter the operating room),success rate of rescue, total incidence of complications and satisfaction of the two groups of patients were compared. Results The emergency response time, emergency stay time and time to enter the operat-ing room of the observation group were all shorter than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate, success rate of rescue of patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the total incidence of complications was lower than that in the control group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The optimized virtual MDT care can shorten the three rescue time nodes of mass casualty patients, improve the success rate of rescue and patient satisfaction, and reduce complications. It is worthy of promotion and application in the emergency department.关键词
