摘要
Abstract
Objective To analyze the application effect of predictive nursing combined with high-quality nursing in the nursing of severe craniocerebral injury.Methods A total of 72 patients with severe craniocerebral injury admitted to Xiaolan People's Hospital of Zhongshan from January 2023 to January 2024 were selected as the research objects and they were di-vided into the study group and the control group according to the random number table method,with 36 cases in each group.The control group received high-quality care,while the research group received predictive combined high-quality care.The nutritional indicators,complications,Glasgow coma scale,activities of daily living scores,upper and lower limb muscle strength scores,and visual analogue scale pain scores of the two groups were compared.Results After the nursing care,the levels of total protein,albumin and hemoglobin in the study group were all higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The total incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).After the nursing care,the pain score of the study group was lower than that of the control group,the Glasgow coma scale and activities of daily living score were higher than those of the control group,and the muscle strength of the upper and lower limbs was higher than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Predictive combined high-quality nursing can improve the nursing effect of severe craniocerebral injury,improve the level of nutrition,reduce complications and promote rehabilitation.关键词
