摘要

Abstract

The F2:3 population of Brassica napus was used as experimental material to explore the effect of stalk picking on vegetable bolting yield,seed yield,plant height,branch position and branch number of different lines of rapeseed,and the comprehensive economic benefits of rapeseed were evaluated.The results showed that the average vegetable bolting yield of different lines in the F2:3 population was 4182.88 kg/hm2.And the coefficient variation of vegetable bolting yield reached 52.72%.The average seed yield of the F2:3 population was 1988.86 kg/hm2 after stalk-cut vegetable bolting,which was generally lower than that of the control.Among them,the number of lines higher than the control accounted for 32.18%of the total lines.Compared with the control,the average plant height decreased by 10.81 cm,the average branching position decreased by 40.81 cm,and the average number of the first branch number decreased by 3.73.The number of plant lines that decreased accounted for 67.24%,98.85%and 93.39%of the total,respectively.The average economic benefit of rapeseed was 30431.68 yuan/hm2,which was much higher than that of the control.Ninety-three lines of F2:3 population could serve as the core germplasm for breeding rapeseed varieties of oil-vegetable use.
