A Review of Aviation Gear Bending Fatigue Tests
摘要
Abstract
In the research and development of new materials for aviation gears,the bending fatigue tests on gears using new material is one of the key factors in improving the strength of the aviation transmission system.Based on the review of the current research status of gear bending fatigue test methods and failure mechanisms,this study summarizes the typical gear bending fatigue test methods and the fracture appearances and common failure characteristics,and the actual gear bending fatigue test and damage research methods are given.The reasonable test methods are selected according to different test conditions freeing the gear design from limits given by aviation materials,which provides theoretical and technical reference for bending fatigue tests of new gear materials.关键词
