摘要

Abstract

In order to achieve the lightweight of nuclear energy equipment,resistance spot welding of zirconium alloy and titanium alloy was studied,and the welding formation,the microstructure of the nugget and the mechanical property of the joint were analyzed.The results indicated that the welding joint appeared as an asymmetric nugget due to the differences in the physical properties of the base metal,and the size of the nugget zone had positive relation with the welding current increasing,the nugget zone diameter reached to 6.6 mm when the welding current was 12 kA.(Zr,Ti)solid solution was observed in the nugget,and the crisscrossing micro-martensite was formed in Ti6Al4V side.The tensile result showed that the peak tensile-shear load first increased and then decreased with the current increasing,the peak tensile-shear load reached the maximum value of 7.75 kN when the welding current reached 10 kA.And the fracture characteristics changed from brittle fracture to plastic fracture,the fracture failure mode changed from interfacial fracture mode to pull-out fracture mode with the increase of current.
