基于柱形容器缠绕稳定性分析
Winding Stability Analysis Based on Cylindrical Container
摘要
Abstract
Since the glass fiber winding cylindrical container is required to meet the two conditions of linear stability and tension stability,the active control strategy becomes an important part of the speed control and tension control of the winding machine.To improve the stability of the cylindrical container during winding,a fuzzy PID and sliding mode control strategy adjusting the winding stroke and tension change is designed based on the dynamic model of the whole machine.With the simulation analysis of MATLAB software,the optimal control strategy is serched between sliding mode control and fuzzy control.The experiment results show that the regulation of fuzzy PID control well improves the winding stability of cylindrical container.关键词
