摘要
Abstract
A non-coontact measurement method based on laser ranging is proposed for the coaxiality measurement of internal spline-bevel gear.Laser displacement sensor and spectral confocal sensor are applied to obtain the data points of different sections of the measured parts,the center point coordinates of each measured section are calculated according to the least square method,and fitted to gain reference axis,and the reference axis equation of the internal spline and the center point coordinates of the bevel gear are combined for calculation abtaining the coaxial error of the bevel gear relative to the internal spline.In the system accuracy verification experiment,10 groups of measurement are conducted for the same internal spline-bevel gear part,with the uncertainty of the measurement system as 0.028 mm and the repeated measurement error less than 0.085 mm.关键词
