Fatigue Performance Analysis of Battery Bracket Structure for a 90-Ton Pure Electric Mining Truck
摘要
Abstract
This study employs finite element analysis to optimize the structural design of the side-swap battery box and bracket for a 90-ton electric mining truck,and analyzes its fatigue performance by combining actual working conditions.Based on 3D model and simulation analysis,the stress and deformation under typical working conditions are evaluated,verifying that design strength and safety margins meet the requirements.To address the fatigue damage caused by stress concentrations at the bracket base and welds,the support structure and material selection are optimized to further improve structure performance and service life.The experimental verification indicates that the simulation results are highly consistent with actual test results,which verifies the reliablility and rational ity of the optimized design.关键词
