Intelligent Diagnosis Method for Damage Fault of Vehicle Hydraulic Bearings Based on Long Array of Acoustic Sensors
摘要
Abstract
A vehicle hydraulic bearing damage fault intelligent diagnosis method based on acoustic sensor long array is designed.Fault signals of vehicle hydraulic bearings are collected through a long array of acoustic sensors,and wavelet transform is applied to denoise the collected signals.Utilizing the distribution and variation characteristics of vibration signal energy in various frequency bands after a fault,the fault characteristics are described.A wavelet packetalgorithm is designed to extract features and effectively suppress blind coupling interference,achieving fault diagnosis of vehicle hydraulic bearings.The test results show that the proposed method can significantly improve the signal-to-noise ratio of vehicle hydraulic bearing damage fault signals,with amplitudes fluctuating between 0.1-0.2 mV,and the fault diagnosis accuracy consistently exceeding 90%in different experimental environments,which indicates that the proposed method is of high technical level and application value.关键词
