摘要

Abstract

Turbine blades,an important component of aircraft engine,whose tenon teeth are complex in structure,and modeling are numerous in types and time-consuming,have a significant impact on the overall structural design of parts and the preparation process of machining processes.Fir tree and dovetail tenon taken as examples,and in line with the dimensions and technical requirements of dovetail,fir tree tenon and tenon groove,geometric parameterization modeling was carried out using UG/Open and Visual Studio.A rapid modeling module and batch modeling module for turbine blade tenon teeth of aircraft engines based on UG platform were developed,achieving rapid modeling of tenon teeth and providing key support for subsequent machining process modeling.
