摘要

Abstract

This paper proposes an automatic control method for hydraulic supports in coal mine working faces based on centralized control mindset.With the analysis on the distribution characteristics of multiple hydraulic support positions during coal collection work,a centralized control method for hydraulic support is designed based on BP neural network.By full utilization of BP neural network for the good learning ability of multi position distribution characteristics of hydraulic supports and the non-linear expression ability of support group load distribution,the load distribution and the offset coefficient are jointly adjusted at different positions along the working face direction,and the optimal centralized control of multiple hydraulic supports is achieved.It is known through experiments that the automatic control system for hydraulic supports in coal mine working faces using centralized control methods has strong practicality,high reliability,and obvious advantages compared to a single control method.
