综掘工作面粉尘运移特性分析及防治技术优化
Analysis of dust migration characteristics and optimization of prevention and control technology in excavation face

Abstract
In order to solve the problem of dust pollution in fully mechanized excavation face,theoretical analysis,numerical simulation and on-site monitoring methods were used to explore the characteristics of dust stress,diffusion mechanism and its coupling with airflow field,and an efficient dust control scheme was sought through the optimization experiment of air volume ratio parameters.The results show that the dust control effect is the best when the ratio of radial and axial air distribution of the positive pressure air supply duct is optimized to 8∶2.The average dust mass concentration at the head is reduced from 377.2 mg/m3 to 30.2 mg/m3,the overall dust concentration of the roadway is greatly reduced,and the purification efficiency of the dust removal fan is increased to 74.6%.The field application of this scheme can effectively inhibit the dust diffusion,and the dust concentration at the driver of the roadheader decreases by more than 91%.The research conclusions provide a reference for efficient dust prevention and control.关键词
