摘要

Abstract

In order to explore the influence of overburden bed separation grouting on rock burst prevention,the theoretical and practical methods are used to analyze the characteristics of strata movement and spatial structure distribution of overlying strata under the condition of overburden bed separation grouting,and to explain the control effect of overburden bed separation grouting on rock burst.The research results indicate that the filling of overburden strata separation grouting can increase the interaction among the surrounding rocks in the local separation space,forming an effect of"downward pressure+upward support".On one hand,it alters the movement of local key strata and their energy accumulation.On the other hand,it controls the distribution of the overall overburden spatial structure and its load transfer.These jointly constitute the main principles and forms of the rockburst prevention mechanism of roof weakening by overburden strata separation grouting.Through the mining practices of working faces without and with overburden strata separation grouting filling,by comparing the monitoring indicators of rockburst such as stress,micro seismic activity,and drill cuttings volume at the same stage during the mining process,it was found that in the working face with separation grouting,the fracture height and energy level of micro-seismic events,the stress range and peak value,as well as the drill-cuttings volume all showed a significant downward trend,demonstrating a good rockburst prevention effect.The research conclusions provide reference for the research and practice of anti-impact in filling mining.
