Exploring Practical Pathways for Vocational Skills Training from the Perspective of New Quality Productivity:A Case Study of Ningbo City

Abstract
New quality productivity,as an advanced form of productive forces arising from deep industrial transformation and the innovative development of economic models,imposes new requirements on labor competence and the quality of vocational skills training.Based on the era-driven demands of national strategies,digital ecosystems,and industry-education integration under the perspective of new quality productivity,this study reveals three major challenges faced by vocational skills training:structural imbalance in training supply,institutional barriers to resource sharing,and systemic deficiencies in training models.Taking Ningbo City as a case study,the research proposes practical pathways to address these issues as follows:enhancing policy precision by focusing on skill demand,building a flexible supply system driven by digital-intelligent platforms,establishing a resource-sharing mechanism anchored in vocational and adult education institutions,and developing innovative training models supported by multi-stakeholder collaboration.关键词
