Abstract

Based on the grounded theory research method,this study uses Nvivo15.0 software to carry out open coding,spindle coding and selective coding on the application forms of 84 provincial-level demonstration specialties for the integration of academic certificate and vocational skill level certificates.It is concluded that the practical path of the integration of academic certificate and vocational skill level certificates in vocational colleges is to take a clear career orientation as the starting point,and the reform of teaching and assessment model as the core,to take the course construction as the basis and the quality improvement of personnel as the aim,to take the optimization of teaching conditions as support,and the coordination of special working mechanisms as guarantee.At present,there is no in-depth integration of industry and education in the integration of academic certificate and vocational skill level certificates in vocational colleges,and the main role of enterprises has not been fully played.The incentive mechanism is not perfect,and the enthusiasm and initiative of the work of integrating academic certificate and vocational skill level certificates are insufficient;the vocational skill level certificates and the academic certificate are not completely compatible,and the promotion effect on employment is not significant.To promote the integration of academic certificate and vocational skill level certificates in vocational colleges,it is necessary to further deepen the integration of production and education and strengthen the main role of enterprises,improve the incentive mechanism to stimulate the initiative of participants,promote the deep integration of vocational skill level certificates and academic certificate,and improve the social recognition of the certificate.
