AIGC Empowers Vocational College Teachers:Role Remodeling,Ability Reconstruction and Professional Development

Abstract
The in-depth application of AIGC in the field of education has brought opportunities and challenges to the development of vocational college teachers.On the one hand,AIGC effectively empowers teachers'teaching work.On the other hand,teachers are also facing difficulties in role transformation,ability reconstruction and coping strategies.By analyzing the influence of AIGC on teachers'roles and abilities,this paper puts forward that vocational college teachers should transform and reshape their positioning of teaching function,teaching status and professional development.At the same time,it comprehensively reconstructs their teaching abilities from the aspects of technology application ability,teaching resource construction ability,data analysis ability,interdisciplinary integration ability,ability to deal with ethical and legal problems and lifelong learning ability.Finally,it puts forward the path of professional development of vocational college teachers under the influence of AIGC,in order to provide valuable reference for the development of vocational college teachers in the era of artificial intelligence.关键词
