Abstract
With the advent of the era of digital transformation in education,vocational education is undergoing digital transformation.Against this backdrop,the cultivation of teachers'digital literacy has become particularly crucial.The digital literacy of teachers in vocational colleges refers to their comprehensive literacy and ability to apply digital technologies in professional scenarios such as teaching and education,professional development,and school-enterprise cooperation.It is the concrete manifestation of teachers'digital literacy in the field of vocational education.Teachers play a key role in teaching and education.How to address the challenges brought by the digital age and improve teachers'digital literacy is an urgent issue that vocational colleges need to solve at present.Based on this,this paper aims to conduct research on the cultivation of digital literacy among teachers in vocational colleges,explore the value mechanism and practical dilemmas of cultivating teachers'digital literacy in vocational colleges under the digital context,and propose practical approaches to solve the problems.It is hoped that this research can provide references for the cultivation of digital literacy of teachers in vocational colleges in China under the background of digital transformation in education.关键词
