高海拔地区钙钛矿/硅叠层电池的热力特性研究
Thermal-mechanical characteristics of perovskite/silicon tandem solar cell in high altitude areas

Abstract
Perovskite/silicon tandem solar cell has the advantages of high power-generation efficiency and low cost.In order to explore the feasibility of the application of this type of solar cell in high altitude areas,a numerical simulation model was built for analyzing the thermal-mechanical characteristics of perovskite/silicon tandem solar cell.Effect of environmental parameters on the temperature,thermal stress and thermal deformation has been investigated.The typical locations were selected as Kela,Longyangxia,Maoergai,Xiaowan and Yebatan.Experimental and simulation results were listed below.The average temperature and efficiency of solar cell in the typical summer scene in Kola area are 30.3℃and 19.776%respectively.In the Xiaowan area,under the high temperature conditions in summer,the highest cell temperature is 51℃,with the maximum thermal stress and thermal deformation of 24 MPa and 4.86×10-7 m respectively.In the Maoergai area,under the low temperature conditions in winter,the lowest cell temperature is-34℃,with the maximum thermal stress and thermal deformation of 47 MPa and 8.48×10-7 m respectively.The research data can provide evidence for the large-scale engineering application of perovskite/silicon tandem solar cell in high-altitude areas.关键词
