基于应变监测的风力机疲劳损伤影响因素分析
Analysis of factors affecting fatigue damage of wind turbine based on strain monitoring

Abstract
Fatigue damage is the key factor that determines the life of wind turbine.The fatigue damage mechanism of wind turbine structure can be studied through strain monitoring.Before applying the fatigue assessment method,it is necessary to clarify the impact of some factors on fatigue damage and take reasonable consideration in the subsequent fatigue calculation.Based on the strain monitoring data atthe tower bottom of 1.5 MW wind turbine,the S-N curve,the average stress correction,and the window lengthsthat affects the fatigue damage results are specifically studied.The results indicate that there is a significant difference in the total fatigue damage calculated by different S-N curves.For wind turbines with low stress ranges,it is more reasonable to use the S-N curves in DNVGL and ABS specifications to calculate the damage.The effect of average stress correction or not on the fatigue damage of the monitored wind turbine is not significant.In addition,the fatigue damage obtained by using different window lengthsis quite different.When the window lengthis 10 min,the error of the damage result reaches 20.7%.Therefore,residue concatenation methodology is introduced to process the residual data after rain flow counting.After calculation verification,residue concatenation methodology can completely eliminate the error caused by the window length and improve the accuracy of fatigue damage results.关键词
