The Construction of a Regulation System for Collective Assets in Characteristic Rural Areas of Suzhou

Abstract
In recent years,Suzhou has been actively exploring a regulatory model that emphasizes both the development and supervision of rural collective economies,laying a solid foundation and establishing a logical governance framework for asset regulation.Five reforms have been implemented,including the separation of politics and economy,the implementation of third-party agency for village-level finances,the launch of the"e Sunshine"official account to manage village affairs,the realization of non-cash settlement of village-level funds,and the launch of online platform transactions for property rights,to innovate the regulatory system.Build a platform to achieve digital transformation of the regulatory system;Through multiple approaches such as policy guidance,joint development for key assistance,and promoting the integrated development of the primary,secondary and tertiary industries,the new type of rural collective economy has been cultivated and expanded,providing a"Suzhou model"for the standardized operation of rural collective economic organizations across the country.关键词
