Abstract
Party organizations at the primary level in rural areas,as the"the neighborhood level"and"the frontline delivery point"of the Communist Party of China's organizational system in rural areas,have been playing a significant leading role in rural governance since the founding of the People's Republic of China.In the new era,digital technologies represented by big data and artificial intelligence have applied,and Party organizations at the primary level in rural areas have taken on multiple roles such as digital executors,digital service providers,digital collaborators,and digital learners.In this regard,we should constantly focus on the innovation of digital Party building and enhance the digital leadership of Party organizations at the primary level in rural areas.Based on the construction of value consensus,strengthen the digital cohesion of Party organizations at the primary level in rural areas.Focus on cultivating digital literacy to enhance the digital competence of Party organizations at the primary level in rural areas,so as to better play the role of rural grassroots Party organizations as stronghouses.关键词
