摘要
Abstract
Dendritic cells(DCs)are the most potent anti-gen-presenting cells,bridging innate and adaptive immunity.In recent years,increasing insights into the heterogeneity of DC subsets,their functional properties,and dynamic changes within the tumor microenvironment have brought significant at-tention to their roles in tumor initiation,progression,and immunotherapy.This review summarizes the phenotypic and func-tional features of newly identified DC subsets,emphasizing their roles and mechanisms in anti-tumor immunity.We further highlight recent advances in DC-based cancer vaccines and explore the potential of DCs in modulating tumor immunity.These findings provide a novel perspective for optimizing cancer immunotherapeutic strategies.关键词
