贫血对终末期胃肠道肿瘤患者生存期的影响
Impact of Anemia on Survival in Terminal Gastrointestinal Cancer Pa-tients

Abstract
Objective:To clarify the impact of anemia on the survival of patients with advanced gastrointestinal tumors,thereby providing a basis for optimizing supportive care strategies.Methods:A retrospective analysis was performed on the clinical data of 81 patients with end-stage gastrointesti-nal tumors who died in the Hematology and Oncology Depart-ment of Dongzhimen Hospital,Beijing University of Chinese Medicine,between June 2012 and June 2023.The study aimed to assess the prevalence of anemia and its impact on pa-tient survival.Results:The incidence of anemia in patients with terminal gastrointestinal tumors was 83.95％.Patients in the non-anemia group had a significantly longer median survival time than those in the anemia group(26.0 vs 19.6 months,P=0.018).Similarly,the median survival was longer in patients with mild to moderate anemia compared to those with se-vere to extremely severe anemia(20.4 vs 16.2 months,P=0.047).The 1-,2-,3-,and 5-year survival rates for the 68 anemic patients with terminal gastrointestinal tumors were 58.80％,39.70％,25.00％,and 10.30％,respectively.Patients who received traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)intervention for longer than 6 months had a significantly better survival time than those who received it for less than 6 months(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Anemia adversely affects the prognosis of patients with terminal gastrointestinal tumors,with more severe anemia being associated with shorter survival.Adequate TCM intervention appears beneficial for extending survival in these patients.关键词
