摘要

Abstract

As a green and renewable nanomaterial,nanocellulose has garnered widespread attention in fields such as chemical industry,pharmaceuticals,and bioreagents.Its outstanding material properties,including excellent tensile strength,barrier properties,emulsifying and gelling characteristics,guarantee broad application prospects in food processing and packaging fields.However,nanocellulose still faces challenges in practical applications,such as the impact of raw material sources and preparation processes on its properties.Therefore,it is of great significance to systematically review the characteristics and applications of nanocellulose.This review summarizes the structural features,preparation methods,and application potential of nanocellulose in food processing and packaging.Research indicates that nanocellulose possesses advantages such as degradability,high biocompatibility,and sustainability.It can be used as a food additive and food packaging material,significantly improving the texture characteristics and storage stability of food.The large-scale application of nanocellulose is expected to become an important driving force for promoting the greening and sustainable development of modern food industry.
