Research Progress on the Types and Applications of Beneficial Microorganisms in Saline-alkaline Land
摘要
Abstract
Saline-alkali land is a reserve resource of cultivated land in China,but saline-alkali stress seriously affects plant growth and development.Microorganisms are the most abundant organisms in the soil and play an important role in soil nutrient recycling and transformation,environmental pollution purification,and maintenance of ecosystem stability.Plant growth-promoting microorganisms can increase soil nutrient supply,improve soil environmental conditions,and promote plants'absorption and utilization of nutrient elements by secreting organic acids,plant hormones,phytase,and other pathways.They play a particularly important role in promoting plant growth and development,increasing yield and enhancing resistance under saline-alkali stress.In view of this,this paper systematically reviews the research progress on beneficial microorganisms in saline-alkali soils from the perspectives of classification and functions of salt-tolerant plant-promoting microorganisms,microbial diversity and community structure characteristics,screening and identification methods,as well as their applications in saline-alkali soil improvement,aiming to provide references for improving and utilizing saline-alkali land.关键词
