黑莓的降脂活性及其入血成分分析
Hypolipidemic Activity and Plasma Components of Blackberry

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the hypolipidemic effects of blackberry juice and blackberry lyophilized powder on obese mice and analyze changes in serum metabolites to elucidate their mechanisms of action.Methods:An obesity model was established in mice using a high-fat diet,followed by a 6-week intervention with either blackberry juice or blackberry lyophilized powder.Body weight,blood glucose levels,glucose tolerance,and liver histopathology were assessed to evaluate hypolipidemic effects.Additional-ly,serum metabolites were analyzed using ultra-performance liquid chromatography coupled with quadrupole time-of-flight mass spectrometry(UPLC-QTOF-MSE)to explore the active components and underlying mechanisms of blackberry's hypolipidemic prop-erties.Results:Blackberry interventions significantly attenuated high-fat diet-induced weight gain and improved glucose metabolism disorders.Both high-dose blackberry juice and lyophilized powder groups showed significant improvements in body weight,blood glucose,and glucose tolerance.Component analysis revealed that blackberry lyophilized powder is rich in various bioactive com-pounds,particularly glycosides,amino acids,and flavonoids,whereas blackberry juice mainly contains sugars and amino acids.Ser-um metabolomic analysis indicated that blackberry lyophilized powder exerts potent hypolipidemic effects through the regulation of lipid metabolism via sugars,amino acids,and terpenoids,while blackberry juice likely exerts its effects primarily by improving glu-cose metabolism and enhancing antioxidant activity.Conclusion:Blackberries exhibit significant hypolipidemic and glucose metabo-lism-improving effects.Their complex bioactive components demonstrate potential in the prevention and treatment of obesity and metabolic syndrome,providing a theoretical basis for their application in managing related diseases.关键词
