臻源胶囊对脾肾不足型大鼠的影响及健脾益肾作用机制研究
Effect of Zhenyuan Capsules on Rats with Spleen and Kidney Deficiency and the Spleen-strengthening and Kidney-nourishing Mechanisms

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effects of Zhenyuan Capsules on a rat model of spleen and kidney deficiency,and to ex-plore their spleen-strengthening and kidney-nourishing efficacy and underlying mechanisms.Methods:Sprague Dawley(SD)rats were randomly divided into normal control,model control,positive drug,low-dose Zhenyuan Capsules,and high-dose Zhenyuan Cap-sules groups.The positive drug group received Jianpi Yishen Granules,while the Zhenyuan Capsules groups were administered dif-ferent doses of the Capsules for 30 consecutive days.Starting on day 15,the kidney deficiency model was induced by intramuscular injection of hydrocortisone succinate sodium.From day 23,a composite spleen-kidney deficiency model was established via oral ad-ministration of senna leaf.General conditions of rats were observed,and organ indices were measured.Serum levels of D-xylose,gas-trin(GAS),motilin(MTL),cyclic adenosine monophosphate(cAMP),cyclic guanosine monophosphate(cGMP),cortisol(CORT),adrenocorticotropic hormone(ACTH),gonadotropin-releasing hormone(GnRH),estradiol(E2),testosterone(T),thyrotropin-relea-sing hormone(TRH),thyroid-stimulating hormone(TSH),free triiodothyronine(FT3),and free thyroxine(FT4)were determined.Results:Compared with the model control group,both low-and high-dose Zhenyuan Capsules groups showed increased body weight,spleen index,D-xylose,GAS,cAMP,cAMP/cGMP ratio,CORT,GnRH,TSH,FT3,and FT4 levels,and decreased MTL and E2 lev-els.The high-dose group exhibited reduced cGMP levels and elevated TRH and ACTH.The low-dose group showed increased T lev-els.Conclusion:Zhenyuan Capsules improve gastrointestinal hormones,regulates cyclic nucleotides,and modulates the hypothalam-ic-pituitary-adrenal axis,gonadal axis,and thyroid axis,demonstrating spleen-strengthening and kidney-nourishing effects.关键词
