绝经后骨质疏松症与膝骨关节炎共病的中西医病机及精准论治思考
Reflection on the Etiology and Pathogenesis of Postmenopausal Osteoporosis and Knee Osteoarthritis Comorbidity from the Perspectives of Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine and the Exploration of Precise Treatment Strategies
摘要
Abstract
Approximately one-third of adults worldwide suffer from chronic disease comorbidities.With the increasing severity of population aging and the growing number of patients with multiple coexisting diseases,it is essential to actively develop health diag-nosis and treatment plans for middle-aged and elderly populations,as well as younger adults with comorbidities,to promote the im-plementation of the"Healthy China"strategy.According to current research reports,the classification of traditional Chinese medi-cine(TCM)syndromes for comorbid knee osteoarthritis(KOA)and postmenopausal osteoporosis(PMOP)has not been standard-ized,and there is a lack of nationwide,multicenter,large-sample epidemiological survey evidence.From the perspective of mecha-nism research,the microscopic characteristics and mechanisms of syndromes in PMOP and KOA comorbidity have not been objecti-fied,and there is a shortage of biological basis studies related to TCM syndromes focusing on the integration of disease and syn-drome.Future directions should include conducting standardized precise syndrome classification studies,constructing related biobanks,mining phenotypic features of different syndromes,and deeply exploring key issues to promote progress in translational medicine research.By integrating research evidence from various fields,more accurate and personalized clinical diagnosis and treat-ment plans can be provided,opening new avenues for future medical research.关键词
