腧穴配伍理论及应用探析
Theory and Application of Acupoint Compatibility
摘要
Abstract
By combining the acupoint compatibility theory of acupuncture and moxibustion in ancient and modern times and its clinical application,this paper discusses the development of the acupoint compatibility theoretical system.The acupoint compatibili-ty theory was formed early,including the acupoint selection according to meridians,zang-fu organs,diseases,disease natures,acu-point indications,mother-child reinforcing-reducing,and so on.The specific points of the limbs were mainly selected along the me-ridians.Based on the above theories,various new acupoint compatibility theories have been put forward according to the acupoint specificities.Relevant theories include homologous acupoints("multiple acupoints in one syndrome"),homologous acupuncture guided by the Yangyuan Tongluo theory,as well as combined Biao and Ben acupoints under the theory of reinforcing healthy qi and eliminating pathogen,and others.The above new theories greatly enriched the acupoint compatibility theoretical system.By summa-rizing the theory of ancient and modern acupoint compatibility,it is possible to provide more ideas for clinical acupoint selection and improve the clinical efficacy of acupuncture and moxibustion.关键词
