328例安神补脑液不良反应/事件分析
Analysis of 328 Cases of Adverse Drug Reactions/Events of Anshen Bunao Liquid

Abstract
Objective:To retrospectively analyze suspected adverse drug reactions(ADRs)and adverse drug events(ADEs)caused by Anshen Bunao Liquid,and to summarize the characteristics of ADRs/ADEs,so as to provide a reference for clinical safe medica-tion.Methods:A total of 328 ADR reports of Anshen Bunao Liquid from the Direct Reporting System of the National Adverse Drug Reaction Monitoring Center between 2015 and 2023 were collected.The ADRs and their outcomes were retrospectively analyzed.Re-sults:The 328 ADR reports of Anshen Bunao Liquid cumulatively resulted in 472 ADEs,with main clinical manifestations including nausea,diarrhea,vomiting,rash,and abdominal pain.After symptomatic treatment,97.56％of ADRs improved or resolved.Conclu-sion:Anshen Bunao Liquid can cause ADRs of varying degrees,which usually improve or resolve after symptomatic treatment.Individ-ual patients may experience abnormal liver function due to sensitivity to Polygonum multiflorum,suggesting that people with a history of liver disease or abnormal liver biochemical indicators should be aware of the potential hepatic effects of this product.关键词
