基于中西医临床病证特点的原发免疫性血小板减少症动物模型分析
Evaluation of Animal Models of Primary Immune Thrombocytopenia Based on Clinical Disease and Syndrome Characteristics in Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine

Abstract
Objective:Based on the clinical disease and syndrome characteristics of primary immune thrombocytopenia(ITP)in both Western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),this study systematically summarizes and analyzes existing ITP an-imal models to provide experimental data and theoretical support for disease prevention and treatment.Methods:Published studies on ITP animal models in China and abroad were reviewed.Models were categorized and analyzed according to the clinical symptom characteristics of ITP in both Western medicine and TCM.A scoring method was used to systematically evaluate the clinical rele-vance of each model,and their strengths and limitations were assessed.Results:Rodents were predominantly used as experimental animals for ITP models.Modeling methods were classified into four major categories:chemical drug induction,passive immune in-duction,spontaneous immune induction,and transgenic modeling.The consistency of these models with Western medicine criteria ranged from 30%to 80%,while alignment with TCM criteria was ≤30%.Among these,the antiplatelet serum-induced model under passive immune induction demonstrated the highest consistency with both medical systems(80%in Western medicine and 30%in TCM).Conclusion:Currently reported animal models can effectively simulate typical clinical manifestations such as thrombocyto-penia and increased immature megakaryocytes in the bone marrow,demonstrating good face validity.The antiplatelet serum-induced model is the most widely used and classical method for establishing ITP models.Most existing ITP animal models are based on Western medical etiology and fail to adequately reflect TCM etiology and syndrome characteristics.Future efforts should focus on multi-factor modeling approaches to better simulate the pathological progression and pathogenesis of ITP,and improve evaluation in-dicators for both Western medicine and TCM,thereby providing a solid foundation for future ITP research.关键词
