经阴道彩色多普勒超声检查子宫内膜厚度联合血清β-HCG检测在异位妊娠中的诊断价值

摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the diagnostic value of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound combined with serum human chorionic gonadotropin(HCG)in ectopic pregnancy.Methods:Fifty pregnant women with ectopic pregnancy admitted to Gaozhou People's Hospital from July 2021 to July 2024 were selected as the research group.Another 50 normal pregnant women received in the same period were selected as the control group.The endometrial thickness and serum β-HCG level were measured by transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound in both groups,and the results were compared.Results:The general data(average age、menopause time、BMI and parity)of pregnant women in the two groups were compared,P>0.05.The serum β-HCG levels in the study group were lower than those in the study group for the first time and 48 h again,P<0.01.The thickness of endometrium in the study group was less than that in the control group(more than 10 mm),P<0.01.The accuracy of combined diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy was higher than that of serum β-HCG alone,P<0.05.Conclusion:Transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound combined with serum β-HCG can effectively diagnose ectopic pregnancy.关键词
