Abstract
Objective:To compare and analyze the effects of laparoscopic-assisted radical gastrectomy(LADG)and total laparoscopic radical gastrectomy(TLDG)on inflammatory factors and immune function in the treatment of gas-tric cancer.Methods:Fifty patients with gastric cancer admitted to the Department of Gastrointestinal Surgery,Affilia-ted Hospital of Jiangnan University from January 2022 to December 2024 were selected as the research object,and were divided into observation group and control group by envelope method,with 25 cases in each group.The control group was treated with LADG,and the observation group was treated with TLDG.The operation-related indexes、serum inflammatory factors and immune function were compared between the two groups.Results:The first exhaust time and gastric tube removal time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,P<0.05.After operation、IL-6、WBC and CRP in both groups increased,but the levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,P<0.05.After operation,CD3+、CD4+and CD8+in both groups decreased,but the observation group was higher than the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:The overall curative effect of TLDG in the treatment of patients with gastric cancer is better than that of LADG,which is helpful to reduce the inju-ry and inflammatory reaction caused by surgery,shorten the rehabilitation time and improve the immune function.关键词
