Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of nickel-titanium file for deciduous teeth machine combined with ultrasonic swing washing in root canal treatment of deciduous molars.Methods:From April 2024 to October,55 children with deciduous molar root canal therapy in Nantong Stomatological Hospital were selected,with a total of 67 teeth.They were divided into control group(n=27)and study group(n=28)according to root canal preparation methods.In the control group,conventional stainless steel K file was used for root canal preparation.while in the study group,nickel-titanium file combined with ultrasonic cleaning was used for deciduous teeth machine.The effect of root canal therapy was compared between the two groups.Results:The root canal preparation time,root canal irrigation time and root canal treatment time in the study group were shorter than those in the control group,and the incidence of inter-appointment pain in root canal treatment was lower than that in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Nickel-titanium file combined with ultrasonic swing washing for deciduous teeth machine can improve the clinical effect of root canal treatment for deciduous molars,and the operation is time-saving and labor-saving,with low inci-dence of pain between appointments and high compliance of children.关键词
