Abstract
Objective:To explore the application value of ultrasound combined with mammography in differential diag-nosis of breast nodules.Methods:From January 2022 to October 2024,68 patients with breast nodules treated in Qinghai Provincial Communications Hospital were taken as the research object,and all of them were examined by ul-trasound and mammography.Only ultrasound examination was taken as group A,only mammography examination as group B,and ultrasound examination combined with mammography examination as group C..Taking the results of surgical and pathological examination as the gold standard,the diagnostic efficacy and the detection rate of imaging fea-tures of the three groups were compared.Results:The sensitivity、specificity、accuracy、positive predictive value and negative predictive value of group C were higher than those of group A and group B,P<0.05.The detection rate of nodule shadow、nodule calcification、edge burr sign or edge blur、blood vessels and blood flow signals in group C was higher than that in group A and group B,P<0.05;The detection rates of other signs in the three groups were com-pared,P>0.05.Conclusion:Ultrasonography combined with mammography is of great value in differential diagnosis of breast nodules and has high diagnostic efficiency for breast cancer.关键词
