Abstract
Objective:To explore the management effect of PDCA cycle method in testing critical value.Methods:617 patients with critical value in Wuzhou Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January to July,2022 were selected retrospectively as the control group.700 patients with critical value in this hospital from January to December,2023 were selected as the observation group.The control group was managed by conventional methods,while the observa-tion group was managed by PDCA circulation method.The medical quality、critical value return time、hospitalization time、registration qualification rate、timely disposal rate、implementation rate of first-visit responsibility system、im-plementation rate of responsible doctors and timely reporting rate of critical value were compared between the two groups.Results:The scores of basic medical quality、medical process quality and final medical quality in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,while the return time of critical value and hospitalization time were shorter than those in the control group,and the registration qualification rate、timely disposal rate、implementation rate of first-visit responsibility system、implementation rate of responsible doctors and timely reporting rate of critical val-ue were higher than those in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:PDCA circulation method has a good effect in hospital inspection critical value management,which can improve medical quality,shorten patient critical value repor-ting time and hospitalization time,and help to improve registration qualification rate、timely disposal rate、implementa-tion rate of first-visit responsibility system、implementation rate of responsible doctors and timely reporting rate of critical value.关键词
