金黄膏外敷对胺碘酮所致静脉炎治疗效果的动物实验研究

Abstract
Objective:To explore and analyze the therapeutic effect of external application of self-made Chinese medicine Jinhuang ointment on phlebitis caused by amiodarone.Methods:Twenty-four white rabbits with auricular phlebitis induced by intravenous infusion of amiodarone were randomly divided into model group(only modeling without treatment)、blank group(no modeling and no medication)、treatment group(external application with golden cream for 7 days after modeling)and control group(external application with xiluotuo for 7 days after mod-eling),with 6 rabbits in each group.The levels of TNF-α、IL-6、CRP and IL-1β in the blood of four groups of white rabbits were detected,and pathological sections of blood vessels were made to observe the changes of blood vessels.Results:Compared with the blank group,the levels of CRP、TNF-α、IL-6 and IL-1β in the model group were higher,P<0.05.The levels of CRP、TNF-α、IL-6 and IL-1β in the treatment group were lower than those in the model group and the control group,but higher than those in the blank group,P<0.05.Conclusion:External application of Jinhuang ointment can effectively reduce the expression level of inflammatory factors in rabbits with amiodarone-induced phlebitis and alleviate the vascular injury caused by phlebitis.关键词
