Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect and accuracy of preoperative gastroscopy biopsy and postoperative pathological examination of gastric cancer.Methods:From March 2021 to February 2024,71 patients who underwent gastric cancer re-section in liyang city People's Hospital were selected.All patients underwent endoscopic pathological biopsy before opera-tion,and the tumor tissues were taken for pathological examination after operation.Taking the results of postoperative pathological examination as the gold standard,the accuracy of preoperative endoscopic pathological biopsy in the diagnosis of gastric cancer was evaluated,and the diagnostic results of histological classification and differentiation degree of gastric cancer were compared between the two methods.Results:Preoperative pathological biopsy of gastroscope showed that a-mong 71 patients,67 cases were diagnosed,2 cases were undiagnosed and 2 cases were suspected,with an accuracy rate of 94.37%.The accuracy of preoperative gastroscopy biopsy in the diagnosis of gastric cancer was lower than that of postop-erative pathological examination,P<0.05.The results of preoperative gastroscopy biopsy and postoperative pathological examination in the diagnosis of histological classification and differentiation of gastric cancer were compared,P>0.05.Conclusion:In the diagnosis of gastric cancer,the accuracy of preoperative endoscopic biopsy is lower than that of postoperative pathological examination,but the diagnosis results of histological classification and differentiation degree of gastric cancer by the two methods are basically the same.关键词
