Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of laparoscopic surgery for colorectal cancer.Methods:82 patients with colorectal cancer from January 2019 to September 2024 in Lianshui People's Hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups.41 cases in the control group were treated with traditional open surgery,while 41 cases in the observation group were treated with laparoscopic surgery.The perioperative related indexes,stress response indexes and complications of the two groups were observed and compared.Results:The observation group demonstrated superior perioperative out-comes compared to the control group,P<0.05.Three days after operation,the COR(105.35±8.51)ng/ml and MAD(5.17±1.18)nmol/l in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the SOD(89.27±8.68)u/ml was higher than that in the control group,P<0.05.The complication rate of observation group was 4.88%,which was lower than that of control group 19.51%,P<0.05.Conclusion:Laparoscopic surgery for colorectal cancer is superior to open surgery in both intraoperative and postoperative indexes,with low stress response and fewer complications.关键词
